Joy joined the Padgett team in 2024. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing her master's degree. Originally from San Diego, Joy relocated to Ohio in 2018. Prior to joining Padgett, she gained valuable experience in cash management and logistics.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys traveling back to California to visit family and friends, as well as indulging in her love for reading and music.
